● The steam boiler is manufactured and designed according to ISIRI 4231 Iran National standard and B.S2790 international standard.
● The boiler has some features as follows: 3 pass Fire Tube Wet back in steel and horizontal shape, high efficiency, low fuel consuming and the especial capacity of this boiler is to work with different fuels (Gas, Gasoil and Mazot)
● consumption steel in pressure parts are 17MN4 (DIN 17155) or A516-G70 (ASTM) types.
● All the tubes are ST35.8 (DIN 17175) or A 106-GB (ASTM) types.
● The Electrodes for Root pass (infiltrative) are E6010 and supplementary pass are E7018 which were used according to WpS and PQR.
● All the under pressure welding lines are testified non-destructively according to the International and National standard by the standard administrative agents that are as follows: Radiography RT, ultrasonic UT and incisive materials, finally they are testified the Hidro Estatic under pressure of 1.5 bar.
● Installing Economizer and using tabulator in heat transfer tubes are used for reducing fuel consume and using Energy 6 to 10 percent of the boilers.
● There is a possible way for installing super heater to increase the steam temperature without increasing work pressure.
